Create a website, promotional material, or social media page for your business. Find a mentor or become a mentor. One important career goal should be to be satisfied with whatever you are doing. No one wants to listen to you talk for 15 or 20 minutes about the granular details of your career objectives.

You are likely, then, to spend time trying to get a job with that company. I help a lot of leaders create individual development plans using some variation of this process.
